We want you to love your nails.
If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to help — zonder gedoe.
Hygiene & Returns
Because our press-on nails are worn directly on your hands, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened or used sets.
This keeps everything safe and hygienic for everyone.
If your set is unopened and unused, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery. The cost for each return is €4,25.
• Items must be in original packaging
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
• Refunds are processed once the item has been received and inspected

Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or develops a defect during first wear (for example, cracking within the first day), please contact us at info@thatso.me within 7 days of delivery with:
• Your order number
• A clear photo of the issue
We’ll review it and, if it’s a product fault, we’ll happily send a replacement 💅
No need to return the damaged set.
Sizing
We strongly recommend measuring your nails and checking our size guide before ordering.
Because of hygiene reasons, we cannot exchange opened sets due to incorrect sizing.
